Refund policy

We stand behind all of the merchandise made for our customers! Whether your product was damaged in transit or a design flaw was produced, we are committed to providing solutions and making it right for you. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags/labels, and in its original packaging. Washed clothing is not eligible for return.

In the event your product is damaged or defective, please submit a Return Request Form to sagegod.shop@gmail.com within fourteen (14) days of delivery of the damaged or defective product. You must provide reasonable proof of such damage or defect. Please review our sizing charts before placing an order to ensure you order the correct size. SageGod will not honor defect requests which are attributed to size concerns. Our customer service team will promptly review your correspondence in order to determine whether such damage or defect warrants a refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. 

Should the return be considered a defect, SageGod reserves the right to conduct a thorough analysis of the defect, which may include sending the defective merchandise to our customer service team before a decision can be made. For defective products, we will offer a pre-paid shipping label. The merchandise must be shipped within seven (7) days of the issued pre-paid label date. Failure to send back the merchandise within seven (7) days of receiving the shipping label will disqualify the order from the review process and a refund will not be issued.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
